I have just moved back to Spain and have a Green NIE Card which I would like to transfer to a TIE. However, I am advised that I need to also update my padrón with my new address. I have a rental contract but want to know how I get at appointment with the Ayuntamiento to get on the padrón. Can anyone help please?
