Recently retired traveling with family to Tarragona would like to meet expats

Name is Miguel living in U.S. Retired and traveling in Europe with wife and daughter. Considering move to Spain. Will be in Tarragona from September 28 thru October 5. Would like to meet other expats for conversation over coffee or lunch to exchange experiences and info on living in this area
