Looking for a job: Waitress/Bar staff

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to work in Hospitality for 3 months on a tourist visa in Summer? I have an NIE which I had before BREXIT but don't think it's still valid now the Government say Brits need a TIE. Can't even apply for a TIE number without a work contract!!
