Hi I'm looking for some help I work offshore and my family and I are looking at staying in Costa dorada possibly tarragona area, I'm thinking of renting for the allowed 90 days first but could anyone help with how I go about the next steps thanks

Hey, we have just bought in Les Tres Cales which is around 25 minutes from Tarragona. We did a lot of house hunting on idealista and then went for a visit to view property and spoke with several estate agents. Some had good English others it was using google translate. During the trip we found a house we liked and then spent two months making offers and going through the legal process before a week back in Spain to do the final transaction and sort the house out.
We holidayed in the area regularly so we knew what we wanted. I think getting to know the place really helps so your idea is a good one. We are probably too far away from your area for it to be any use for you as a rental and the house is in use until end October. But if we can help just ask the questions and I will answer as best I can
