Looking for friends for my son during our holiday

Hi folks !
My family will be heading to La Pineda in late September, we have been before as a couple, this year my 19yr old son is tagging along. We are staying in an apartment so I fear we wont have the same options for meeting people. As Im quite sure he doesn't want to spend the entire holiday with his mum I wondered if there were any young ladies or gentlemen that would befriend him. He is an apprentice chef in the UK and is a real foodie, he is into Hardstyle music (no idea what that is, all i ever hear is dumph dumph dumph coming from his bedroom) he also like 80's early 90's rave music.
