T.I.E residency card

Before brexit my wife and I obtained the green paper residency card for Spain which we still have.
After brexit these could be exchanged for the T.I.E card.
As the EU entry process from the UK has changed since the begining of 2026, my wife and I would like to exchange our paper residency card for a T.I.E .
I know the process can be done fairly easily but we have limited language skills which means we cannot do this without help.
Does anybody have information regarding any support whiçh might be available to assist us, organisation? Individuals? Support groups?
Any support would be greatly appreciated.
